CENTRAL ARKANSAS HOME BUILDER RECEIVES CERTIFIED GRADUATE BUILDER AND CERTIFIED AGING-IN-PLACE SPECIALIST DESIGNATIONS
May 24, 2010 – Bryan Doan, Owner of Doan Construction, received his Certified Graduate Builder and Aging-In-Place Specialist designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
The Certified Graduate Builder designation course focuses on effective management in the office and on the job site, covering a wide range of subjects including codes, standards, material selection and application techniques, and analysis of all stages of new home construction. The Certified Aging-in-Place designation course will give Bryan the technical, business management and customer service skills that will be essential to compete in the fastest growing segment in the residential remodeling industry – the aging-in-place market. “Bryan has really taken the initiative when it comes to continuing education programs,” said Keith Wingfield, President of the Home Builder's Association of Greater Little Rock. “Not only has Bryan joined the ranks of the nation’s top building professionals, but he has also gained a competitive edge in our local housing market.”
