Last night, Sherwood's City Council approved moving forward with an Impact Fee study for parks and roads. In doing so, the Council plans to form a workgroup which oversees this study and is expected to take other possible infrastructure funding mechanisms into account. The study will be conducted by Duncan and Associates, a well-known impact fee consultancy.

The HBA has requested that builders and/or developers be involved with this process. We will continue monitoring this and will keep you updated.
