A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Building located at 100 Main Street in North Little Rock in the Bank of the Ozarks Room, 2nd Floor. Successful bidders will be required to supply a Payment and Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract.  The NLR NSP Consortium reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. 

The NLR NSP Consortium encourages participation of small, minority and women-owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services and construction both as general contractor and subcontractor.  It is further requested that whenever possible, majority contractors who require subcontractors seek qualified small, minority and women-owned businesses to partner with them. Companies owned by individuals on public assistance or living in public housing, and small businesses that are located within the project neighborhoods are encouraged to apply.
